This is an English summary of our notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The Turkish version prevails.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Aktay Group Yazılım ve Robot Teknolojileri A.Ş., based in Istanbul (the "Company"). See Company Information.
2. Data we process
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Professional: the company you work for
- Request content: the message you send through the form or by email
- Transaction security: IP address and access logs kept by the hosting server for security
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process this data to answer your contact, demo, quote and partnership requests, to provide the information you ask for, to keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations. The legal grounds are KVKK Article 5(2)(c) establishing a contract, (ç) legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest.
4. Transfers
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Data is stored only on the servers of our hosting and email provider, which may be located abroad; such transfers follow KVKK Article 9. Data may be shared with authorities where the law requires.
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to two years after the request is closed; if a contract follows, statutory retention periods apply. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions against you and claim compensation for unlawful processing. 7. Cookies
This website uses no cookies and runs no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking code. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
